The Premier League Kicks project offers FREE sports coaching sessions to young people of ages 14-19, providing access to health and constructive exercise. 

Premier League Kicks is currently run at 68 professional football clubs across the country, tournaments take place frequently meaning you get the chance to compete in the Bluebirds jersey and represent Cardiff City Football Club!

PL Kicks started in 2006, its aim is to use football to bring communities together and engage with young people, getting youngsters who had previously proven difficult to reach and guiding them towards a range of healthy and constructive activities. 

Cardiff City FC Foundation work alongside the British Transport Police, in 2015 statistics showed a 40% reduction in anti-social behaviour in Caerphilly since the project started.
