Cardiff City FC Foundation provide sessions throughout the week for children with a disability, using sport as a tool to encourage physical health and activity, social interaction and improve confidence.
These sessions are open to anyone with a disability who is aged five and over who wants to take part in sport regularly. Everyone is welcome and our qualified coaches make sure all of the players who attend are given the opportunity to experience the benefits of taking part in regular sport.
Classes take place throughout the week and are as follows:
Fitzalan High School (CF11 8XB)
5:30pm - 6:30pm
Visually Impaired Football
Cardiff University Sports Village (CF14 3AT)
6pm - 7pm
U16 & 16+ PAN Disability
Heath Park 3G (CF14 4EP)
5pm - 6pm
U12s PAN Disability Football
Cardiff City House of Sport (CF11 8AW)
9am - 10am
