Cardiff City FC Foundation's Premier League Kicks sessions provide young people between the ages of 11-19 with access to free football games and small-sided matches in a safe environment.

Kicks is a youth outreach programme that aims to create safer communities and reduce offending. Kicks provides young people in South Wales with access to free football sessions, online activities, and opportunities for personal development as well as actively engaging with young people through detached youth work.
