For children and young people Primary schools Numeracy Premier League Primary Stars is an innovative project aiming to change the lives of young people through the power of sport; inspiring them to engage in numeracy, literacy, and technology through lively classroom, playground and sports field lessons. The project is geared towards young girls and boys aged between 5 and 11, and is available to every primary school in England and Wales. The programme also highlights sport-related issues, such as fair-play and sportsmanship, to those of every-day life, hence promoting a higher sense of self-esteem and resilience in each individual.
