We're proud to announce that 25,000 attendances have been recorded at Cardiff City Foundation projects so far, this academic year.
Our team has been working in schools and community venues across Cardiff and the Valleys to support children, young people, and families to achieve their full potential.
One of the schools that benefit from our support is Penllwyn Primary School in Caerphilly.
8-year-old, Morgan said: ”I love football and I love Cardiff City. We’ve been working on our communication skills and teamwork.”
Headteacher in Penllwyn, Mrs. Emma Jones, said: “The pupils really enjoy the activities with Tom. They’ve taken part in football activities, developed new skills, and improved their attitude to learning. Thank you, Cardiff City!”
Foundation Director, Gavin Hawkey, said: “We’re on course for another great year. Our communities need our support now more than ever and our team is doing an amazing job tackling the impact of inequalities through football.”
