Congratulations go out to everyone who completed this year’s Men of Harlech Bike Challenge in support of the Cardiff City FC Foundation.

Now in it’s third year, each rider raised over £750 for the official charity of Cardiff City Football Club, cycling from North to South Wales over a three-day period.

The route began in Porthmadog, guiding cyclists past Harlech Castle and along the stunning Welsh coastline before finishing in Aberystwyth. The dramatic mountain and coastal view was replaced with a crisp morning ride through the heart of the Welsh countryside on day 2, before finishing in Cross Hands, Camarthenshire.

The final push involved cycling through the Swansea sea front and into the Welsh Capital. Our riders cycled over 200 miles and climbed over 15,000ft in the saddle, a tremendous achievement.

The Bluebirds Charity would like to say a special thanks to all riders who took part, official event partners New Directions EducationEuro Commercials and Tredz Bikes for their continued support.

The money raised from this year’s ride will continue to support children, young people and vulnerable adults who face health, education and employment inequalities across South Wales.
