Saturday afternoon saw the Bluebirds Charity host their fourth annual health day at Cardiff City Stadium, with ten organisations, charities and health bodies support us to spread the message surrounding healthy, more active lives.

Health Day allows us to use the platform of a Premier League match day to encourage Bluebirds fans to live healthy, more active lives in a number of different ways.

Organisations including Cancer Research Wales, Alzheimer's Society, Mental Health Foundation and Welsh Blood Service were all in attendance at Cardiff City Stadium.

Health Day 2019 was a huge success,  which included 300 health based conversations with 76 engaging in activity including checking blood type and conducting surveys. 318 Bluebirds were signposted to appointments, groups or further information and 446 fans left the fixture with a flyer, leaflet or information pack containing positive messages about their health.
