By agreeing to Cardiff City FC Community Foundation's imagery consent notice, you give Cardiff City FC Community Foundation all consent as required in our use of the still and moving imagery in which your child / you appear, for the use of any fundraising appeals, campaigns, printed material and any other Cardiff City FC Community Foundation promotion.
You confirm that you are happy for external media approved by the Foundation to use still or moving imagery in which your child/ you appear.
You confirm that you are happy for the Cardiff City FC Community Foundation to attribute any quotation to me and/or my child as used with the images, for the use of advertising any product or service they may offer.
