Cardiff City FC Foundation's Premier League Kicks sessions provide young people between the ages of 14-19 with access to free football sessions in a safe environment.

Join our professional coaches for fun football games and small-sided matches in controlled, reduced groups that oblige with Welsh Government guidelines. For more information on how a phased return to football training will look, visit the FAW website

Kicks is a youth outreach programme that aims to create safer communities and reduce offending. Kicks provides young people in South Wales with access to free football sessions, online activities and opportunities for personal development as well as actively engaging with young people through detached youth work.

Please note that if you or anyone else in your household has displayed symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days, or you have recently returned from a country that requires you to quarantine, then please do not book or attend a Kicks site.
