For Children and Young People Kicks Kicks (Ages 14-19) Cardiff City FC Foundation's Premier League Kicks sessions provide young people between the ages of 14-19 with access to free football sessions in a safe environment. Join our professional coaches for fun football games and small-sided matches in controlled, reduced groups that oblige with Welsh Government guidelines. Kicks provides young people in South Wales with access to free football sessions, online activities and opportunities for personal development as well as actively engaging with young people through detached youth work.
