Cardiff City FC Community Foundation, the official charity of Cardiff City Football Club has been awarded silver accreditation against the Investors in People Standard, demonstrating their commitment to high performance through good people management.

Cardiff City FC Community Foundation are situated in Cardiff and employ 35 full-time staff as well as a network of volunteers. Founded in 2009, we use the unique appeal of Cardiff City FC to change lives, helping children, young people and families achieve their full potential and have worked with over 17,000 unique participants in the past year.

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results.
