Cardiff City FC Foundation are pleased to announce a brand-new partnership with New Directions Education.

The Foundation have worked with New Directions for a number of years, and they have been a major part our success in recent times – having been involved with the ‘Kids Cup’ consistently since it’s creation.

This new partnership will further the positive relationship as ND have agreed to financially sponsor the Kids Cup and Men of Harlech Bike challenge - which is into it’s third year - having sponsored the event since it’s creation in 2016.

New Directions share our values when it comes to progressing individuals into employment and they assist a significant amount of people who are looking to gain those extra skills that make them stand out from the crowd.

As well as being base throughout Wales, New Directions also have branches in Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol and Wirral.

Foundation Director Gavin Hawkey has expressed his happiness at the new partnership: “We’re delighted to secure New Directions Education as an official partner of the Cardiff City FC Foundation. We’ve worked alongside the team at New Directions for a number of years, and our new agreement will enable us to support more children and young people in South Wales.”

Howard Burge, National Director for New Directions Education is also delighted that a deal has been agreed: “We have had a strong link with the Cardiff City Community Foundation for many years. Our values as organisations are very much aligned, and for this reason we are delighted to be working in partnership – one that will hopefully yield opportunities for all of our communities.”
