Cardiff City FC Community Foundation are delighted to announce our new ‘Club Training Day’ initiative. This initiative gives junior clubs the opportunity to work with our coaches through the school holiday period.

The Club Training Days will take place at Cardiff City House of Sport during school holidays, providing a unique football coaching experience delivered by our highly qualified and experienced coaches, costing £20 per player that attends.

We accommodate both boys and girls grassroots teams aged from U6 to U16, the sessions will involve teams being challenged by a distinctive coaching curriculum whilst enjoying a fun filled session with their friends.

Each Club Training Day will start at 9am and finish around 2pm. It will focus on a particular skill, delivering conditioned drills and fun activities based on a number of footballing skills. Throughout the day, players will have a chance to put newly developed skills into action in the form of small sided matches, before being taken for a tour around Cardiff City Stadium.
