Cardiff City FC Foundation is running a three-day goalkeeping Soccer School at Cardiff City House of Sport from Tuesday 2nd January until Thursday 4th January.

The course will involve structured goalkeeping coaching sessions and fun goalkeeping games to improve technical ability, decision making, positioning and game understanding of the roles needed to become a goalkeeper.

It is a great chance for young players to get interested in goalkeeping and receive professional coaching from Cardiff City FC Foundation specialised goalkeeper coaches.

The sessions are aimed at children aged 4-14 year olds and open to any ability. Whether you've never played football before, looking to make new friends, or just looking to improve your skills, this session will ensure you enjoy your time with us.

The players will need to arrive at the House of Sport for 9am with a packed lunch, plenty of fluids, goalkeeping gloves, and appropriate clothing.

The course will start at 9.00am (drop off available from 8.00am) and finish at 2.00pm. Children will be registered at the main reception of the House of Sport, Clos Parc Morgannwg, Cardiff, CF11 8AW (parking located in the Away compound of the Cardiff City Stadium). You will then be able to pick the children up from the same point at 2.00pm.

All participants will receive a certificate and small prize with the chance of winning additional rewards for 'player of the week' and 'best attitude'.
